My name is Gerald Dieterich, I go by Jerry or JD. I was introduced to lake living at birth. The first 10 years of my life I enjoyed living on Lake Alden, North of Honesdale, a beautiful lake and wonderful community. In 1974 my family made the move to Lake Wallenpaupack. I have enjoyed every aspect of lake living during the past 50 years. I now proudly call Paupack Point my full time home. For the past 30 years I have been a sales professional/agency owner. My prior sales experience involved insurance and financial services. I now have a real estate sales license and have aligned myself with Coldwell Banker Lakeview Realtors, because they specialize in lake front and lake community properties. In the past 5 years I have excelled with Coldwell Banker Lakeview Realtors. In 2017 I earned the Coldwell Banker Diamond Society Award, in 2018 I earned the Presidents Circle award. Recently I obtained a remote pilot license FAA 107 small unmanned aircraft systems. I have been utilizing my new skill for listing and marketing property with Coldwell Banker Lakeview Realtors.
